Robert Morales has been operating in the business, finance and technology space as an employee, director, manager, executive, board member and independent business owner for more than 35 years. Morales has an extensive background in education with several advanced degrees including a Ph.D. in Finance Economics, and Master’s degrees in Business and Management Information Systems.
Mr. Morales possesses certifications from the NSA, Auburn University, Western New Mexico University and Mississippi State University in Risk Analysis, Risk Assessment, Risk Mitigation, Training and Education relating to computer software/hardware, cyber-security, cloud databases and online payment systems. Morales is an author of cyber-security software, an author of many successful business plans and also owns several trademarks, service marks and copyrights directly related to cyber-security.
Mr. Morales is an avid golfer, music lover and animal rights activist.

Executive Director Tech Support
Dale has been involved in business for over 35 years. He started out with Procter & Gamble in 1980 and moved through the corporate ranks to management in the food & beverage division. He worked with such household name brands including Jif, Crisco, Folgers, Duncan Hines Pringles, Sunny Delight and more. He was involved in many new product launches and promotional firsts. He was featured twice in the company magazine regarding Jif product marketing.
In 1992, he joined a direct sales firm and quickly developed a successful business structure, recruiting 450 dual licensed reps. His team opened offices in 13 different states. In addition to many awards, he received the coveted $100,000 ring with double diamonds.
In 2003, he created a software marketing system for sales teams for products including Isagenix, Herbalife, Zeek Rewards, Mona Vie among many others. He has been an integral member of the Blaine Williams team since 2012 as the Tech Director for the Master Mentor Network and has developed new systems at direction of Blaine Williams for in-house support of the Marketing vision.
On a personal note, Dale and wife Annette have one daughter and 3 grandchildren.

I am an obsessively-driven, diversely-experienced creative director … my kids call me “mom” 😉
I believe good can almost always be bettered. That’s why I am so against good ideas. I believe great ideas can come from any sized budget or account. Because that’s what creative problem solving can do. I believe less is more. Except when it comes to the amount of craft poured into an idea. I believe being a yes (wo)man will only get you so far. Eventually, people will expect more of an answer. I believe our beliefs make us who we are and how we act. And that actions are the most valuable piece of anyone’s portfolio.
In my years as Director, Editor and Creative Director I’ve overseen integrated advertising campaigns across emerging channels, TV, print, digital and social as well leading rebranding and design efforts for large-scale, corporate identity systems. In working directly with clients I’ve developed strong relationships to deliver strategic and emotionally-resonant creative that also successfully achieves business goals.
I’ve worked with a wide range of delightful people along the way: Subway, PriceWaterhouse Coopers (PWC), Gabinet Oduber (Prime Minister of Aruba), The Secret, Aruba Tourism Board, Bonaire Tourism Board, Kelloggs, Burger King, Aruba Bank, Restaurants, Various TV shows, Music Artists and more.
Executive Director Web Services
Deb has been involved in web development and management for over 20 years, through marketing, communications and technology consulting. She is an accomplished continuing educator, working with adults – teaching technology applications for over 15 years at a corporate and college level. She has worked extensively in both the PC and Macintosh environments since the late 1980’s.
She spent 18 years in Olympic Sports management working with different sport organizations including the United States Gymnastics Federation (now USA Gymnastics), the US Olympic Committee’s National events division, and the St. Louis and Palm Beach County Sport Commissions. In 1998, she established Zenith Associates, a marketing and technology consulting company to focus on assisting clients with “de-mystifying” technology for practical application and developing the promotional and educational tools needed to meet their goals and expectations.
She specializes in small business, non-profit organizations and associations consulting. She has published over 40 articles in books, magazines and newspapers and presented locally and nationally on a variety of topics related to computer technologies.
On a professional note, she has served on the National Association for Women in Communications(AWC) Board of Directors and is a board advisor for the Matrix Foundation. She was an active member of the Executive Women’s Golf Association and served as the Vice President of the South Florida Chapter of National Association for Women in Communications(AWC).
Executive Director Quality Care
Vicki has always been in the role of helping others. She was a high school head track and cross country coach where she helped many young athletes exceed their goals with positive reinforcement. She started in the mom market in the early 90’s and fell in love with it.
She and her husband Bart who have been married for 36 years, owned a flooring store where they worked together as a team.
Helping people be better is my goal in life. I am excited to be a part of this awesome team.
